N95 Surgical Mask

This respirator has a filter efficiency level of at least 95% against particulate aerosols free of oil. It is fluid resistant and meets > 99% bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE)±. It is disposable and may be worn in surgery. It can fit a wide range of face sizes.
USE FORThis respirator can help reduce inhalation exposures to certain airborne biological particles(e.g. mold,Bacillus anthracis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, etc.) but cannot eliminate the risk of contracting infection, illness or disease. As a respirator, it is intended to help reduce wearer exposure to certain airborne particles, including those generated by electrocautery, laser surgery, and other powered medical instruments. As a surgical mask, it is designed to be fluid resistant to splash and spatter of blood and other infectious materials
DO NOT USE FORNot for use with beards or other facial hair or conditions that prevent a good seal between the face and the sealing edge of the respirator. Does not protect against gases or vapors (i.e. anesthetic gases such as isoflurane or vapors from sterilants such as glutaraldehyde). This respirator was not designed to be used by children.
TIME USE LIMITATIONIf respirator becomes damaged, soiled, or breathing becomes difficult, leave the contaminated area immediately and replace the respirator.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFEStore respirators in the original packaging, away from contaminated areas, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals. Store in temperatures between -20°C (-4°F) and +30°C (+86°F) and not exceeding 80% Relative Humidity. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture. Use By date on box in MM/YYYY format.

They provide physical barrier that protects both wearers and others from the transfer of respiratory secretions, fluids or other debris and avoid the contamination of bacteria or viruses present in mucus and saliva.
