The best mask is the one you would actually wear and key to that is comfort. Our design and material selection focus heavily on user comfort even during prolonged usage.
It can be used on emergency department, the intensive care unit, hospital floors, isolation units, and labor and delivery units, among other areas of the hospital for generally “respiratory etiquette” to prevent clinicians, patients and visitors from spreading germs by talking, coughing, or sneezing. They are non-sterile and designed to be used for clean environments and not suitable for use in the operating room.
Our Surgical face mask has 3 layers – outer fluid resistant non-woven layer to reduce exposure to blood and body fluids, middle melt blown layer that acts as the filter against microorganisms with certified 99% Bacterial Filtration Efficacy and the inner moisture absorbing layer made of non-woven fabric to help absorb and contain saliva, mucus and sneeze droplets of the wearer. They provide physical barrier that protects both wearers and others from the transfer of respiratory secretions, fluids or other debris and avoid the contamination of bacteria or viruses present in mucus and saliva.
